HORROR THEATER VIDEO operates as a film archival service service for fans of hard-to-find movies. Please note we do not sell factory release VHS tapes or DVDs. All tapes and DVDRs are reproductions/conversions from public domain and/or foreign sources. No rights are given or implied. We do not knowingly infringe on any copy written materials. If we find that any of our titles are under copyright, we immediately¬† remove the titles. We utilize the copyright search engine at the Library Of Congress in Washington DC for any copyright information. We would never willingly infringe on another’s work and we make every effort to see we adhere to that process.

As some titles come out of Public Domain, we immediately remove that title from our inventory. We urge you not to purchase illegal merchandise from others.

OUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY

HORROR THEATER VIDEO STRIVES FOR 100% COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

OUR TAPES ARE CHECKED BEFORE SHIPPING. OUR DVDRS GO THRU A MORE EXTENSIVE QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING. EACH DISC IS CHECKED ON FOUR DIFFERENT MACHINES AT EACH CHAPTER STOP BEFORE SHIPPING. THIS IS NOT TO SAY WE ARE 100% SURE THE DISC PLAYS COMPLETELY, BUT THEY SHIP WITH US KNOWING THEY PLAY AT EACH CHAPTER STOP.

AT ANY TIME IF YOU HAVE A DAMAGED DISC YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR ANOTHER OF THE SAME TITLE, OR ANY TITLE IN OUR INVENTORY. WE DO NOT HAVE A SET POLICY ON REFUNDS BECAUSE EACH CASE IS DIFFERENT, BUT WE WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

DISC INCOMPATIBILITY WITH YOUR PLAYER: IT IS UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO KNOW WHAT DISCS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR PLAYERS. IF YOU ARE A LONG STANDING CUSTOMER AND HAVE A DISC THAT NEEDS EXCHANGING WE USUALLY WILL DO IT WITHOUT HESITATION.

BUT IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND ARE HAVING PROBLEMS, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN THE DISCS IN QUESTION. WE EXPECT THEM TO ARRIVE SCRATCH FREE AS THEY WERE SHIPPED THE SAME WAY. IF DISCS ARE RETURNED TO US FROM FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS AND THEY ARE SCRATCHED, YOU FORFEIT YOUR RIGHT FOR A REFUND.

WE WILL ASK FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS FOR THE MAKE AND MODEL OF THEIR PLAYER. WE RESEARCH THE PLAYER FOR ANY INCOMPATIBILITIES THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED. IF YOUR PLAYER SHOWS THAT NO INCOMPATIBILITIES ARE KNOWN AND YOU ARE RETURNING A NUMBER OF DISCS CLAIMING THEY DO NOT WORK, AND WE CHECK THEM ON MULTIPLE MACHINES AND FIND THEY DO INDEED WORK, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A 30% RESTOCKING FEE. THIS IS TO PROTECT HTV FROM FRAUD. SUCH AS CUSTOMERS COPYING OUR DISCS AND THEN ATTEMPTING TO RETURN THEM.

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU SIMPLY PICKED THE INCORRECT FILM. WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE THE CUSTOMER THE CORRECT TITLE AT NO COST.

AS EARLIER STATED, ANY RETURN OR REFUND REQUESTS ARE INDIVIDUALLY EVALUATED. WE VALUE YOUR BUSINESS AND WE MAKE EVERY FAIR ATTEMPT TO RECTIFY ANY MATTERS.
